Submit a report
All fields are required unless marked optional. Evidence files stay private and a public signal can appear only after moderation.
Verify your identity
Google sign-in is required before the submission can enter manual review.
Your Google identity proves the report came from a real person. The email is kept private and is never shown publicly.
Identifier to report
Choose the identifier type and tell Bantay which number, account, profile, or handle should be reviewed.
Incident details
Describe the type of incident, the payment channel, the amount, and what happened.
Evidence files
Required. Up to 5 files. PNG, JPG, WEBP, or PDF only.
Attach at least one proof file before submitting. Bantay reviewers can inspect these files, but they never appear in public search.
What to include
- GCash or Maya transaction screenshots
- Bank transfer receipts or account details shown in chat
- Chat logs showing the agreement
- Seller profile screenshots or IDs they sent
- Receipts or proof of transfer
Bot protection
Complete the Turnstile check
Turnstile blocks low-quality automated submissions before anything reaches the moderation queue.
Submit unlocks only after the Turnstile token is present.
